Aprendi hoy que es necessario a hacer ejercicio por veinte minutos, por lo menos, para usar la grasa. Por eso, yo acabo de hacer casi una hora de DDR. Era muy aburrida al comienzo porque yo escogi a hacer todo en nivel “standard,” que es casi demasiado facil. Y entonces, despues de cuarenta minutos, yo hizo algunas canciones con cosas de hierra, pesanda tres libras cada una. Y eso me canso bastante mucho.
